Certificate - Vaccination certificate issued by the hospital, clinic or public health center
- Vaccination notebook
- Vaccination date and a hospital stamp are required.
※ Official seal of issuing medical institution and signature and license number of the issuing doctor are required.
Chest X-ray examination - If you had tuberculosis or there is evidence of tuberculosis on a chest x-ray, bring a copy of the x-ray image on CD taken 3 months before.

Issuance of Documents
Issuance of Documents Result notification period - Transfer to the immigration office online program within 4~7 days, checking within 1 ~ 2 days after transfer to the immigration office, and sending "verification SMS" to the examinee
- In case of abnormal findings, we will call the applicant for further re-examination.
Results receiving method - There is no personal document receipt, and the hospital directly enters results into the immigration online program
